How long does onboarding take?

Most estates are fully operational within 5 to 10 business days. Our team conducts an in-person property audit, documents all relevant systems and information, and configures the AI concierge to your property’s specifications. Complex multi-structure estates may require additional time.

What types of information can the AI access?

The AI can answer questions about access codes, alarm systems, appliance operation and troubleshooting, vendor contacts, maintenance schedules, emergency procedures, Wi-Fi credentials, utility management, pool and HVAC systems, and any other operational information documented during onboarding.

How is sensitive information protected?

All knowledge base data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Role-based access controls are enforced at the call level. Callers cannot access information outside their authorized scope, and caller ID verification authenticates identity automatically.

What happens if the AI doesn’t know something?

The AI will clearly communicate when information is outside its knowledge base and can suggest escalation paths, such as connecting to a property manager or providing relevant emergency contacts. The knowledge base is continuously updatable as your estate evolves.

Can the AI handle emergency situations?

Yes. Emergency procedures are a core part of the onboarding documentation. The AI can walk callers through property-specific emergency protocols, provide critical contact numbers, and help locate shutoffs, breakers, and safety equipment. It is always clear that 911 should be called for life-threatening emergencies.

How are guests managed differently from owners?

Caller ID determines access tier automatically. Guests are configured to receive hospitality-focused information like amenities, house rules, local recommendations, and general operational guidance, without exposure to sensitive access codes or financial records.

Can I update the knowledge base after onboarding?

Absolutely. The knowledge base is a living document. You can submit updates through your dedicated account manager or our secure update portal. For major changes like a renovation or new systems installed, we offer follow-up property visits to re-audit affected areas.

Is Casa Curators available internationally?
